Pricing questions
Do we have to move everything over at once?
No. Most clubs start with schedules and rosters for one or two teams, then turn on registration when the next signup window opens. If your schedule already lives in TeamSnap, sync it rather than retyping it.
Do families need to create an account?
Only if they want the full view. The things you most need an answer to — a tryout signup, an availability ask, a tournament commitment, an email preference change — all work from a link, without a password.
How do payments reach our club?
Through Stripe, into your club's own Stripe account. BSBLOps never holds your money; it records what was charged, what was paid, and what is still outstanding.
What happens to last season's data?
It stays. A team is a franchise with a roster per season, so rolling into a new season does not erase the old one. Player tenure, past teams and past coaches remain readable.
Can more than one club share an account?
Each club is its own organization with its own data, and every request is scoped to it. If you run more than one club, you switch between them rather than mixing them.
