How payments work
When you pay a club through BSBLOps, you are paying the club. We provide the software; the money goes straight to them.

You pay the club, not BSBLOps
Clinic bookings, registration fees and tournament commitments are charged by the club itself, through the club’s own Stripe account. The club’s name is on the checkout page and on your card statement. BSBLOps does not receive, hold or pass on your payment, and takes no cut of it.
Stripe handles your card
Payments are processed by Stripe, using Stripe Connect. You enter your card on Stripe’s own checkout page; your card details never reach BSBLOps. Stripe sends your receipt, and the club sees the payment in its Stripe account.
Billing questions and refunds go to the club
Because the club collects the payment, only the club can issue a refund or change what you were charged. Its refund policy is its own. For anything about a charge — a refund, a duplicate payment, a receipt, a cancelled session — contact the club directly, using the contact details on the page where you paid or in your confirmation email.
If you dispute a charge with your bank, the dispute goes to the club as well, since it is the club’s charge.
What BSBLOps does
BSBLOps is the software the club uses to run its schedule, rosters and signups. It shows you the price, holds your seat while you pay, and records the payment against your booking so the club knows you are in. If something on the page itself is not working, email support@bsblops.com — but we cannot refund or move money on a club’s behalf.
